BUYER’S PREMIUM:  A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bids to determine the final contract selling price for the property. 

 

TERMS ON REAL ESTATE:  A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the winning bids to determine the final contract selling price for the property. The purchaser shall make a non-refundable deposit at the conclusion of the auction in the amount of 10% of the final contract sales price per tract.  The deposit must be in the form of cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or good personal check made payable to Tarter Real Estate & Auction Company secured by purchaser’s personal demand note.  The balance to be paid upon delivery of a special warranty deed on or before April 28th, 2023.  Possession of the above-described property shall be given with deed.  Time is of the essence in the purchase agreement. Taxes will be prorated as of date of deed. The property is being sold as is with no warranty.  A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bids to determine the contract selling price for each property.
